About Us (Draft 2)
Helping people find their people.
What We Do
We're all about bringing cool stuff to do to the bar-hopping nerds of the Greater Tampa Bay area, from pub trivia, to gaming nights, to online content and more. Wanna make new friends, have a fun evening out, or stay in and game? Check out our events schedule!
Our History
NerdBrew Events (originally, NerdBrew Trivia) was started when a small group of extremely nerdy friends got together and decided to make local events that were actually fun to participate in, focusing on television, movies, video games, comics, science, history, and all the things geeks care about.
Our events offer prizes, raffles, party games, video game challenges, karaoke, movie screenings, board games, competitions, and more to challenge and entertain, as well as theming, chances for bonus points, convention events, and even costume contests!
Built by volunteers
Thousands of hours.
Every year. Given freely.
NerdBrew runs on people. Our volunteers donate thousands of hours each year to building this community: hosting game nights, running free D&D one shots, picking movie nights, welcoming first timers, and keeping our Discord a friendly place to hang out.
When you see someone in a lanyard at an event, that's who they are. They're the reason there's always a seat at the table.
Host
Run weekly game nights, trivia, and meetups across Tampa Bay.
Game Master
